2. What data we process
When you pre-register through the ValueReview form we process the data you provide:
- Contact name and business name.
- Email and, optionally, phone.
- Number of locations, preferred contact method and time slot.
- Whether you express interest in helping with the launch tests.
- The free-text message you optionally write to us.
In addition, if you consent to analytics or advertising cookies, we process browsing data (e.g. UTM campaign identifiers, gclid/fbclid, IP address and usage data) for measurement and attribution. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose
- Manage your pre-registration for the ValueReview pre-launch and contact you when the service is available.
- Handle your request and maintain related commercial communication.
- If you allow it, measure site usage and the effectiveness of our campaigns (analytics and advertising).
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form by ticking the acceptance box, and when you accept analytics or advertising cookies in the banner. We may also process your data on the basis of legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures where applicable. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long we keep your data
- Pre-registration data: while we manage your interest in ValueReview and, if you do not become a customer, until you request its deletion or it is no longer necessary.
- Consent-based data: until you withdraw it.
- Browsing/analytics data: for the retention periods of the measurement tools (as a rule, the IP address no longer than one year).
6. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU), where the website and the automation tool n8n — which receives and manages pre-registrations — are hosted.
- Measurement and advertising: Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and, where applicable, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel), only if you consent to the relevant cookies.
- Internal management: email, spreadsheet or CRM tools used by Value Brands Lab, SL to handle your request.
7. International transfers
Hosting takes place within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), so it does not involve an international transfer. However, the Google and Meta tools may involve transfers to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided under European law (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and only occur if you have consented to analytics or advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Objection to its processing.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdrawal of the consents given.

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. Security measures
The website uses an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS certificate) and is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
